House Rules and Safety Policy

In view of the COVID-19, we have re-defined our processes and taken the following steps.


Fully Trained Team and following all Prescribed standards for utmost safety & Hygiene

Proper temperature screening & sanitization of team every day.

Alcohol-based hand rub containing 70% alcohol is placed in team areas.

We Provide fully Disposable Laundry (pillow cover, bed sheet, bath towel) in all our rooms.

We do proper cleaning of the rooms and common areas with freshly prepaid sodium hydrochloride and wipes, all of which contains 70% alcohol.

We Prefer Contactless Check in/contactless Food Ordering/contactless Payments &contactless Check Out

All guidelines from WHO and FSSAI (for food and beverage production and service) are being strictly followed

Fully Disposable Crockery & Cutlery used for serving the food

Rooms after checkout are given to guest after 24 hours of sanitization procedure.


We Prefer Contact less Check-in (Guest Needs to provide their Relevant details through GR form Before Arrival.)

Proper temperature screening of guests at the time of check-in and check out.

Proper sanitization of luggage at the time of check-in and check out.

Every Guest should be registered with the Arogya-setu App.

Compulsory Safety Kit is Provided Upon Arrival Sanitizer bottle, mask, hand gloves, shoe cover@25 Per Person

Disclosure of previous 60 Days travel history is mandatory at the time of booking/check-in. Guest should not have been tested covid-19 positive in last 2month.

Masks Gloves and shoe Cover are mandatory to be worn once in the common area as a precaution.

Alcohol-based hand rub is placed in all the common areas.

Outside food and beverage is prohibited.

We Encourage in room (lining kitchen service which can be availed between 8am -10pm

Fully Functional Front Desk between 8am -10pm only. Between 10pm -08am only emergency services will be handled

If any time during stay Guest is found with some medical con(litions then immediately they will be referred to local health authorities.

We encourage only escalator access between lobby & rooms and escalator is property sanitized timely. We prefer that guests (10 not use common areas other than his room.

We prefer Payment through digital method (UPI/ Payment link only)
