Q. How to Confirm Booking.
We would like to inform you that to hold your booking on a confirmed basis, we need an advance payment. We have number of options to make the payment, by using any of the mode you can confirm your booking. As soon as we get the payment we will send you the confirmation by written mail.
Q. How do I meet my driver at the Railway Station / Bus Stand / Airport.
The driver will meet you at the Exit Gate He will be holding a distinctive, visible, notice board clearly displaying the booking contact name .You will then be escorted to a conveniently parked vehicle and driven to hotel. Whilst travelling always keep our office telephone number on hand. At times Station/Bus stand/Airports can be very busy and confusing. In the event that you face any difficulty in meeting with your driver, please call our office telephone number. This will ensure any such problem can be immediately resolved.

Q. What happens if my Flight/Train/Bus arives late.
Quite naturally our representative monitors all flight/Train arrival times. You can also keep us informed about the same .Regardless of late arrival; your driver will be there.
Q. Is there an extra charge for waiting time.
No, there will be no extra charge for waiting.
Q. How long is the journey to central jaipur from the Airport / Bus Stand / Railway Station?
The journey time from the airport (Sanganer Airport) to central Jaipur/Hotel takes between 30-40 minutes. The journey time from the railway station/bus stand to central Jaipur/Hotel takes between 10-15 minutes depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Q. I have paid for my accomodation but did not got confirmation.
It is advisable that once you made the reservation, you write to us that you have made the reservation but did not receive the confirmation; we will check it and send you the reply.
Q. Must all bookings be made in advance.
It is advisable that bookings are made at least 24 hours before your journey. Although often (subject to availability) last minute bookings can be accommodated.
Q. Why should i give you my credit card number?
We need your credit card details to hold your room on a confirmed basis. We do not charge this card, keep the details until you arrive and will take the payment upon arrival.
Q. What is a credit card authorization form
This is a mode of payment. We ask our guest to fill it up and send it back to us along with your passport copies /DL/Pan Card and front side of the credit card. If you do not feel comfortable sending your details by fax, then request you to please send it to us through email.
Q. How much extra bed can be added in a room and charges.
Only one bed can be added in any type of room and cost would be INR 500 per night.
Q. Does it mean one room with twin bed or one big bed for two persons in India.
From our Hotel to Railway Station/Bus stand is about 1.5 -2 k.m
Q. Is this price included tax or not?
Yes, we can provide twin beds in any of the double room and the price will be same.
Q. What happens if my flight/Train/Bus late arives.
No, it is not included

Yes, you can log on to our website i.e. and can see the rooms.
Q. What is the difference between Deluxe and Super Deluxe Rooms
Super Deluxe room is bigger than deluxe room.
Q. What is the difference between Super Deluxe and Executive Rooms
Executive room is bigger than Super deluxe room and it has more room amenities like sofa Set, fridge, Bath Tub etc.
Q. Can you tell me what is your breakfast like?
We serve very elaborate buffet breakfast?
Q. Can you make the invoice for us?
Yes, we can give invoice on request.
Q. How much does it cost for one extra bed?
INR 500 per night.
Q. Do you have luggage storage? I would like to leave by luggage there in the morning after checkout and would collect it in the evening.
We allow keeping luggage on request only for same day. Sorry, due to the security reason, we do not allow to keep any luggage if it is not collected same day.
Q. Where is your hotel located?
Our hotel is located at the city center and it is just 5 minutes walk from there.
Q. We are at the airport / Bus Stand / Railway Station and can't seen our name placed. What to do ?
In case you don't find our drivers just give us a call and wait there.
Q. We want to deposit advance by Cash / Cheque / Internet Transfer to confirm our booking. What are yout BAnk Account Numbers
